Progressive Safe System(PSS) Kits with BSIS/MOIS for Phase 2 DVS 2024 & 2025
From May 4, 2025. The DVS 2 Regulations will be in place, mandating 12-Tonne HGVs and above to have PSS Kits equipped with BSIS/MOIS. Failure to comply will risk TFL fines. It is a mission to achieve “Vision Zero” from the TFL, minimising VRUs fatalities in the capital.
