ROYTEK Installation Service Policy

Purpose and Scope: This Installation Service Policy outlines the standards and procedures for the installation of ROYTEK products by authorized independent contractors. It is designed to ensure high-quality installation services while maintaining the safety and integrity of customer vehicles (Trucks) and protecting ROYTEK from potential liabilities.

1. Policy Objectives:

  • To ensure that all installations are conducted professionally, efficiently, and safely, meeting both ROYTEK standards and regulatory requirements.
  • To define the responsibilities and liabilities of all parties involved in the installation process.
  • To minimize the risk of damage and ensure the wellbeing of the trucks during the installation.

2. Standards of Installation:

  • All installations shall be performed by trained and certified independent contractors who are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to install ROYTEK products effectively.
  • Contractors are required to follow all ROYTEK installation guidelines, product manuals, and technical specifications without deviation.
  • Each installation must be completed with a focus on safety, minimizing downtime for the client and ensuring that the vehicle is left in good working order.
  • Clients accept that temporary or permanent alterations to their Vehicles will be performed due to the Installation process of ROYTEK Kits.
  • Clients are responsible for the availabilty of the trucks for installation. They hold financial responsibility and liability for any costs boring from allowing their Vehicle units to be available for installation. Such as Truck Stops, Rented Space from other entity’s yards, or the likes similar of this nature. ROYTEK will not be liable for reasonably unavoidable situations that delays the Installations. Clients are inclined to fathom situations where Installations may be delayed and hold that financial responsibility entirely. Clients are inclined to only make Truck Units available for installations when it has no loads on that day as the ideal Installation standard. To ensure diligent satisfaction for all parties.

3. Contractor Responsibilities:

  • Independent contractors are solely responsible for conducting installations in a manner that ensures the health and safety of themselves and the vehicles they are working on.
  • Contractors must use protective equipment and employ safety measures that comply with industry standards and any applicable local laws.
  • Prior to installation, contractors must inspect the vehicle and the installation site to identify potential safety hazards and ensure that the environment is safe for work.
  • Contractors are responsible for immediate reporting of any incidents or near misses to ROYTEK and the client.

4. Liability and Insurance:

  • Independent contractors are required to carry their own public liability and professional indemnity insurance, which must be valid and sufficient to cover all potential claims related to their work.
  • ROYTEK shall not be liable for any damages to vehicles or property, or any personal injury that occurs as a result of contractor negligence or failure to adhere to safety standards and procedures.
  • Any damage caused by improper installation, negligence, or deviation from approved procedures by the contractor will be the sole responsibility of the contractor, who will be liable for rectifying such damages at their own expense.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • ROYTEK will conduct periodic audits and inspections of completed installations to ensure compliance with its standards.
  • Contractors are required to document each step of the installation process, providing completed checklists and photographic evidence of their work to ROYTEK.
  • ROYTEK reserves the right to terminate contracts with any installer who consistently fails to meet the required standards or behaves in a manner that could damage ROYTEK’s reputation.

6. Client Relations:

  • Contractors must maintain a professional demeanor and clear communication with clients at all times.
  • In the event of a client raising special concerns or complaints, contractors are required to escalate these to ROYTEK management immediately.
  • ROYTEK commits to addressing and resolving client concerns promptly and effectively.

7. Policy Enforcement:

  • Failure to adhere to this policy and its provisions can result in termination of the contractor’s authorization to install ROYTEK products.
  • ROYTEK reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against contractors or other third parties for non-compliance that results in harm to ROYTEK’s business or reputation.

8. Amendments:

  • This policy may be updated or amended from time to time. Contractors will be notified of any changes and will be expected to comply with the new requirements immediately.
